Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Coordinate with team to optimize loading/unloading operations for timely shipments
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow FIFO inventory protocols
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve warehouse efficiency metrics
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
