Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse settings
- Accurately load/unload trucks and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain strict OSHA safety protocols and equipment inspection logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits with zero tolerance for errors
- Train new hires on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse logistics environments
- Proficient with RF scanning systems and inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends when required
