Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in warehouse/dock environments
- Load/unload freight with precision and safety compliance
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Manage inventory counts using RF scanners/WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- RF scanner/WMS experience preferred
