- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and stage materials for efficient inventory management
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to prevent safety hazards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA/ITC preferred)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Background check and drug screen required
