Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Safely load/unload trucks and move materials to designated areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Train on new equipment and safety standards as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience (valid certification required)
- OSHA Forklift Certification (must provide proof)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
