Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse and production areas
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory flow and meet deadlines
- Accurately document material movements using warehouse management systems
- Assist in physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Adapt to shifting priorities in a high-demand production environment
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
