Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move products with precision and speed.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues before operation and report any malfunctions.
- Organize and stack inventory neatly to maximize warehouse space and efficiency.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of shipments.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Experience with Reach Trucks and Order Pickers is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to the Louisville facility.
