Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks according to all safety regulations and company protocols.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure organized warehouse storage.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines, including wearing PPE and reporting hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CP or equivalent) required.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to work the Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or rotating shifts).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
