Responsibilities
- Operate industrial forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment daily for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline warehouse workflows and meet daily production goals.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of work areas to maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Class A, B, or C) with valid license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
