Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Accurately manage inventory and document movements using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (e.g., OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Proven ability to operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
