Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Manage inventory counts and organize warehouse storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete accurate documentation of daily operations
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and shipping/receiving tasks
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
