Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and shipping containers.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment for safety and perform minor maintenance as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) or equivalent valid license required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
