Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stock materials in warehouse racks and designated areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Load/unload trucks with precision using proper material handling techniques
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness for inventory management
- Basic computer literacy for warehouse system data entry
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Park Blvd
- Willingness to obtain additional safety certifications (company-paid)
