Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move stock and materials.
- Load and unload trucks and containers according to strict safety protocols and schedules.
- Inspect forklift equipment for mechanical issues before and after each shift to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete necessary documentation for shipments.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and stock rotation.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Current, valid Driver’s License is mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory tracking and paperwork.
