Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks, railcars, and pallets with precision and care.
- Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Forklift License) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong physical stamina to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Proven track record of safety compliance in a warehouse setting.
