Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently in warehouse environments
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory with precision using warehouse management systems
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support special projects during peak demand periods with flexible overtime availability
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for day/night shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Experience in temperature-controlled environments preferred
