Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and hand tools
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Complete daily equipment inspection logs and safety checklists
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Forklift certifications (sit-down/stand-up/clamp attachments)
