Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product details and quantities against packing slips to ensure order accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect packaging materials and products for damage before shipment
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
