Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders with high accuracy.
- Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials and equipment to prevent damage.
- Label packages correctly for shipping and tracking purposes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required during peak hours.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate quantity verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
