Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inspecting products for quality and ensuring packaging meets strict safety standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Labeling, sorting, and staging shipments for timely delivery.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Adhering to all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
