- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely
- Verify product quality and condition before packaging
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Scan and document inventory movements

- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours (required)
- Basic math and literacy skills (required)
- Attention to detail and accuracy (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly (required)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to worksite
