Responsibilities
- Retrieve items from storage shelves based on customer orders and pick tickets.
- Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials and methods.
- Verify order accuracy by checking quantities and product conditions.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Forklift certification (if applicable to role).
