Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and perform regular inventory counts
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize order fulfillment workflows
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies immediately
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility location
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
