Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain organized storage zones and implement FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA-certified forklift operation or ability to obtain certification
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software exposure
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
- Valid NC driver's license for equipment operation
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
