Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all packages are accurately labeled and ready for dispatch to maintain high order accuracy rates.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock replenishment to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as required.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for qualified candidates.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
