Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory devices efficiently to track stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks and containers according to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
