Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and RF devices.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure correct packaging materials are used.
- Label, sort, and stage packages for shipping according to shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) without fatigue.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
