Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to order pick lists.
- Verify accuracy of orders by scanning items and checking quantities.
- Prepare and pack items securely for shipping to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
