- Picking & Packing: Accurately retrieve and package products based on digital order instructions.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for defects and ensure packaging integrity before shipment.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners to maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean workspace.
- Efficiency: Meet daily production targets while maintaining high accuracy rates.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners preferred.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
