Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Locate and retrieve products using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and securing of goods.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience (1-2 years preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners or RF equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license (Class B or equivalent) preferred.
