Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and pick tickets.
- Inventory Management: Inspect products for damage and ensure correct quantities are retrieved from storage racks.
- Labeling & Packaging: Properly label, wrap, and package items to ensure safe delivery.
- Quality Control: Verify that all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by following safety protocols.
- Stock Rotation: Assist in maintaining inventory levels by rotating stock and organizing shelves.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and reading labels.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform simple addition and subtraction for inventory counts.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance is required.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
