Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload materials and products from delivery trucks and trailers.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and organizing stock on the warehouse floor.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and keep the workspace clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
