Responsibilities
- Select and gather products for customer orders using handheld scanners and picking lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) to prevent damage.
- Verify order accuracy by checking product labels, quantities, and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
