Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Select and prepare merchandise for shipment based on customer orders with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Verify product quantities and ensure stock levels are maintained correctly.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before packaging.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and following instructions.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand order tickets and communicate with team members.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is not required.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
