Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment following quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space to ensure operational efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper lifting techniques
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
