Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
- Inspect items for defects and report any discrepancies to the team lead immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks or pallets in a safe and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification preferred).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
