Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items according to customer orders using scanning equipment.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure workplace safety.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or fulfillment center environments is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
