Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation including BOLs, customs forms, and compliance paperwork
- Track and trace shipments using TMS/WMS systems with real-time updates
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and expedite urgent deliveries
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate warehouse activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Relevant certifications (CSCP, CLTD, or CSCP) preferred
- Experience with hazardous materials handling a plus
