Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and prepare shipping documents accurately.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Process purchase orders and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Optimize shipping routes and reduce freight costs where possible.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
