Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock rotation (Cycle Counting).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding order priorities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math and computer literacy skills for data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Must be 18 years or older.
