Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory adjustments as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick tickets and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
