Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe working environments following OSHA guidelines
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after paid certification
- Perform cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and reporting procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to the industrial park location
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
