Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks accurately to ensure timely distribution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory scanning and counting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
