Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain warehouse accuracy.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking and packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
