Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse storage areas to ensure optimal workflow and retrieval speed.
- Package goods securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems to update stock levels and track inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas, GA facility.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
