Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure optimal warehouse organization.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and precision using handheld scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse floor at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly operational targets.
- Verify product quality and package items securely for shipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we offer training for the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
