Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify inventory, and store goods appropriately
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts as required
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands
