Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Process incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and log data into the inventory management system.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for distribution with a focus on accuracy and damage prevention.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to the facility is mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
