Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Utilize remote warehouse management software to update inventory levels in real-time.
- Perform daily quality checks and ensure packaging meets customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
