Responsibilities
- Select products from inventory shelves based on picking tickets and scanning equipment.
- Package items securely using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with correct shipping addresses and barcodes.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Inspect products for defects before packing them for shipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not strictly required).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for weighing, measuring, and labeling packages.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment.
